  KATONA TWINS
Critically acclaimed by the Daily Telegraph as “the classical world’s best known guitar duo”, PETER and ZOLTÁN KATONA effortlessly transfer from strictly classical into more popular musical genres. They have given recitals in the major concert venues throughout the world, including performances at the Carnegie Hall, the Wigmore Hall, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Konzerthaus in Vienna, the Suntory Hall in Tokyo, and the Philharmonie in Cologne. In 2009, as the soloists of the “Night of the Proms” they performed live to half a million people in arenas across Europe.
The twins have won over ten international prizes at major competitions in New York, London, Germany, France and Hungary. They were resident Artists of San Francisco Performances from 2007 – 2011.
The wide repertoire of the duo spans from Bach, Piazzolla’s tango music to their own arrangements.
CARDUCCI QUARTET
Described by The Strad as presenting “a masterclass in unanimity of musical purpose, in which severity could melt seamlessly into charm, and drama into geniality”, the Carducci Quartet is recognised as one of today’s most successful string quartets. Performing over 90 concerts worldwide each year, the quartet also run their own recording label Carducci Classics, an annual festival in Highnam, Gloucester, and in September 2014, curated their first Carducci Festival in Castagneto-Carducci, the town from which they took their name.
