Leonoor comes to the concert as a wolf preservation committee member dedicated to the protection and reintroduction of the wolf to Scotland. But as a special anniversary celebration she has also brought with her the Anemos Arts Ensemble. In a sometimes hilarious and informative introduction, we struggle with her desire to educate the children regarding the wolf, its life, habits and reintroduction to Scotland, and our plan to play this wonderful music for children.
In the end the musicians win and there follows a performance of Peter and the Wolf with the traditional introduction of the musicians as the story characters, but also as actors in this timeless story.”
